Our new service software, powered by eLogic, provides a standardized mobile processing platform allowing our field service technicians to easily capture asset data, work order details, inspection/PM details and send key information back to the office for review and further product lifecycle support. Enhanced ability to manage all customer requests from remote support cases to dispatched work orders allows effective coordination of customer issues to resolution driving a seamless customer experience.
