Rail Mounted Robots

Flexible mounting solutions make it easy to customize where the robot is mounted in relation to the machine tool.

SPEAK WITH AN ENGINEER

The ultra-compact FANUC M-1iA series is ideal for high-speed small parts handling. With 3, 4 or 6 axes, these delta robots are fit for a variety of applications requiring a maximum payload of 1 kg and a work envelope of up to 420 mm. They are able to be mounted in multiple positions and can be installed directly into the most compact of machines.

The M-1iA is a lightweight and compact high-speed assembly robot. This lightweight and compact mechanical unit can be installed into tight work spaces, with free angle installation options.

With a payload capacity of up to 6 kg and a maximum reach of 1.13 m, these robots are available with 3, 4 or 6 axes and designed to meet multiple space requirements. The high-speed servo motors deliver fast acceleration and short cycle times. Optional high inertia mode increases the wrist inertia, enabling use of a bigger gripper for picking multiple products or heavier single products.

The FANUC M-2iA is a high speed picking and assembly robot. six models are available to meet the needs of multiple space requirements.

These robots are available in either 3, 4 or 6 axes and are designed to maximize speed and versatility for high-speed picking and packing operations. Their unique parallel-link structure and very large work envelope make them ideal for automating demanding applications across a range of industries including food, pharmaceutical, and electronics. The M-3iA has an optional high inertia option that increases the 4-axis payload to 8 kg and increases the wrist inertia to hand even heavier payload applications.

The FANUC M-3iA is a high speed picking and assembly robot witha 6kg paymoad. this exclusive six-axis parallel design has expanded robotization of transfer and assembly application.

FANUC’s all-new DR-3iB Series of delta robots are designed to maximize speed and versatility, specifically in food handling and washdown environments. Based on the parallel-link design, this series provides increased payload inertia and the longest reach of any FANUC delta robot (1600 mm). With up to 8 kg of payload capacity, this robot can work on very wide conveyors and case-packing applications while maintaining repeatability of +/- 0.03 mm. Mounting provisions make it easy to clean route cables and vacuum hoses along the link arms.

Featuring a slim wrist, rigid arm, and small footprint, M-710 series robots are suitable for a wide range of applications and come with a reach of up to 3.1 m. The lightweight series is designed for handling applications with a medium payload range from 12 to 70 kg. The M-710 can be ceiling and angle mounted, enabling easier access and a maximized work envelope.

The M-710iC is a medium payload robot with a wrist payload of 12 - 70kg. Seven models are available for a wide variety of applications.

With payloads ranging from 150 kg-700 kg, the M-900 6-axis robot is ideal for almost every application that calls for single or multiple heavy parts with reach extending to 3.7 m. Varied mounting options make this series versatile and enable it to make maximum use of the work envelope.

The M-900iB is a heavy payload robot with a wrist capacity of 280kg - 700kg. The M-900iB has a strong wrist and a wide mootin envelope.
