Andrew CreathornPresident & Chief Executive Officer
Andrew brings a dynamic combination of technical, commercial and strategic business insight to his role as the President & CEO of Adaptec. With more than 30 years of experience in various business, manufacturing and engineering positions he brings a progressive approach to growth focusing on the customers’ experience and continuous improvement. Andrew has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Teesside University in the North of England and advanced training in business leadership from Indiana University. Andrew strives to balances the technical, operational and customer service needs of all of Adaptec’s partners and clients.
Imran ParekhChief Financial Officer
As CFO, Imran provides strong, sound leadership to the financials of the company. A respected leader with high performing analytical skills and extensive management experience in the manufacturing space, he oversees all fiscal aspects of Adaptec with integrity and skilled business acumen. Imran holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan and a B.S. in Finance from the University at Buffalo.
Jeff GambrillExecutive Vice President, Sales
As the EVP of Sales, Jeff is passionate about finding the right solutions for Adaptec’s customers. Jeff’s vast career experience, in combination with his educational background allows him to be a sought after resource for developing key consultative insights. Clients value both his business, as well as, technical solutions approach to problem solving. Jeff has earned both an MBA and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Jeff also holds seven product development patents and has completed numerous continuous education programs in order to stay current and provide the most value to the customers of Adaptec.
Robert ManionExecutive Vice President, Business Development
Bob Manion has extensive business experience stemming from many years at Adaptec Solutions, as well as other leading Fortune 500 companies. Bob has earned both an MBA and a B.S. in Business Management and is a role model in putting the customer first by fostering business integrity and customer appreciation. He is also highly knowledgeable in a variety of process improvement areas such as Six Sigma and Lean. In his free time Bob enjoys time on the lake with his family.
Jim Morris Executive Vice President, Business Development
Jim has a long history in robotics; as a pioneer of the industry he has more than 30 years of expertise providing custom solutions to complex customer requirements. Jim is the founder of Automated Cells & Equipment which is now a part of Adaptec Solutions. Jim has earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon and his MBA from St. Ambrose University. When not at work, Jim enjoys family time and being on the water sailing and boating.
Whitney Moon is the Vice President of Engineering and Operations at Adaptec Solutions. His responsibilities include the successful execution of all engineered projects. A graduate of Purdue University’s School of Mechanical Engineering, Whitney has nearly 30 years of experience in automating processes for manufacturing. His career started in GE Aviation’s Assembly Automation group in 1989 where he automated inspection process for turbine engines. In 1995, Whitney began working for Genesis Systems Group where he led teams of automation experts to develop robotic solutions to complex processes for the Automotive, Industrial and Aerospace markets. Prior to joining Adaptec, he was the Director of the Aerospace Business Unit at Genesis. In his spare time, Whitney chooses to spend time with his family and pursuing a seemingly endless list of hobbies.
Steve UsherDirector, Engineering & Operations
Steve has nearly four decades of engineering experience across various industries. He started work as an engineering apprentice for a major manufacturer of lighting machinery, later completing his five-year apprenticeship with an associate degree in mechanical engineering from Twickenham College of Technology in England. After many years of equipment commissioning across the globe, he was recruited by General Electric to move to the United States in 1989 to assist in the design of high-speed, cam-operated equipment. He later joined JTD Manufacturing in 1997, working in special equipment design. In 2001, he was a founding member of Integrated Solutions, along with David Cole and the late Dan Staser.
Michael LuceyDirector of Application Engineering
Mike has 20 years of experience with Adaptec Solutions. Prior to Adaptec, Mike held roles in systems engineering and materials handling & automation consulting. Mike leads key business function areas including conceptual design, cost estimating, marketing, product design and product management. Mike earned a BS in Management and Economics from SUNY Empire State College.
Chris CornettDirector of Service & Aftermarket
Chris brings 19 years of experience spanning from the military to private sector. His extensive experience in aftermarket environments brings technical and business insight to this portion of the organization. Chris earned his MBA from NC State University and is an avid Wolfpack fan. Chris enjoys spending time with his family and fishing in his spare time.
Karen MarshHuman Resources Manager
Karen is a senior human resources professional with over 20 years of experience working in a variety of business areas including high tech engineering, manufacturing and the service industry. Karen’s human resources experience includes work in employee relations, benefits, recruitment, training, onboarding and managing change due to mergers and acquisitions. Karen earned a B.A. in Political Science and a M.S. in Counseling Education from Syracuse University.
Richard MikulecPrincipal Engineer
With over 30 years in manufacturing and robotic automation, Rich has developed a keen understanding on what it takes to make a project successful. From complex business requirements to being in the trenches with highly technical solutions, his experiences with both domestic and international projects has allowed him to incorporate many different types of philosophies into his continuously developing work processes.
As a member of the leadership team, Rich’s contributions of guidance and mentoring allows Adaptec Solutions to develop solutions for customers that meets their objectives during the conception/quoting phase, then exceeding their expectations when delivered.

Outside of work, Rich enjoys time with his family. As an avid hunter he is now working to pass on the tradition with his boys. You might have also seen Rich on the ice as a 30yr USA Hockey Official.
Eric RowlandOperations Lead
As the Operations Lead, Eric brings a unique skillset to the team. He leads with strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, perseverance and dedication. He takes pride in his ability to analyze a situation and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Eric values collaboration and believes a team approach is the key to success. As a business professional with over ten years of experience, he offers a unique background with knowledge and understanding in operations and human resources. Throughout his career, he has obtained several different business management positions in the Rochester area. Eric obtained a master’s degree in business management and continuously strives to further his knowledge through additional trainings. Eric is proud to be a member of Adaptec Solutions and looks forward to seeing what the future holds for this progressive company.
