Door Opener for CNC Machines

At Adaptec Solutions, we offer custom Door Openers for CNC Machines. Door openers are the first step in automating a CNC Machine tool for robotic integration. If faster cycle times are required, we also offer high-speed auto doors.

How Does It Work?

The door opener for CNC Machines is air powered and attached to the front door of the CNC machine. A valve is activated whenever the robot requests to enter the machine, causing the air cylinder to change position in turn moving the machine door to the open position.
