Jeff has earned both an MBA and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Jeff also holds seven product development patents and has completed numerous continuous education programs in order to stay current and provide the most value to the customers of Adaptec.

Bryan is an automation engineering professional with over 25 years of experience in engineering design, implementation, and installation of automated material handling, robotic, and software systems. He has built many successful multi-disciplined engineering teams over his tenure with a focus on supporting long-term strategic growth. Bryan holds a B.S. in Applied Arts and Sciences with a concentration in Computer Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Outside of work, he spends his time with his family, usually behind a video game console.
Karen Marsh
Vice President, Human Resources
Karen is a senior human resources professional with over 20 years of experience in various business areas, including high-tech engineering, manufacturing, and the service industry. Karen’s human resources experience includes employee relations, benefits, recruitment, training, onboarding, and managing change due to mergers and acquisitions. Karen earned a B.A. in Political Science and a M.S. in Counseling Education from Syracuse University.
John McJury
Vice President, Sales & Marketing
John McJury is an established sales and business development professional with sixteen years of experience in the manufacturing industry; specifically, material handling and industrial automation. With eleven years at Adaptec Solutions, John has specific knowledge in food and beverage, general manufacturing, and warehousing/storage. He earned a B.S. from the University of Dayton.
Jason Reynolds
Vice President, Capital Installations
Jason brings over 30 years of construction, warehouse & distribution installation experience to lead our team of over 100 installers. His installation experience ranges from the smallest general construction project up to Greenfield 1,000,000 SF warehouse & distribution facilities with automated conveyance. Jason holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky.

Chris brings 22 years of experience spanning from the military to the private sector. His extensive experience in service and aftermarket environments brings technical and business insight to this portion of the organization. Chris has led the service and aftermarket business at Adaptec Solutions for 3.5years, bringing process, structure, and organization, contributing to facilitating growth every year. Chris earned his MBA from NC State University. Chris enjoys spending time with his family and outdoor activities such as hiking and fishing.

A multilingual engineering enthusiast, Ottavio has been working on large and complex automation projects for more than 15 years, covering all vertical markets with clients from around the globe, keen on adopting new technologies that help optimize business processes. Ottavio holds a M.S. in Communication Technologies from the University of Lugano in Switzerland. Out of the office, he enjoys playing the piano, hiking, and reading.
